KMNEX Nehir Akını — Privacy Policy

KMNEX Nehir Akını collects no personal data at all. The Android app has no internet permission; the game uses no ads, in‑app purchases, accounts, analytics or crash‑reporting services.
1. Scope and controller
This policy applies to the Android (package name tr.com.kmnex.nehirakini, phone and Android TV) and Windows versions of KMNEX Nehir Akını, and to the 3D edition “Nehir Akını 3B” (Android package name tr.com.kmnex.nehirakini3b, Windows). Developer: KMNEX. Contact: destek@kmnex.com.
2. Information stored on your device
The game stores the following only on your device; it is never sent anywhere:
- High score, best section and checkpoint (section, score, bombs),
- Campaign progress: in‑game currency (“akçe”), hangar upgrades, medals,
- Settings: sound, vibration, theme, full screen, camera and graphics preferences, gamepad mapping.
On Windows this data is stored in %APPDATA%\KMNEX\NehirAkini\ (for 3B: %APPDATA%\KMNEX\NehirAkini3B\) and is not deleted on uninstall; you can delete it manually. The Windows version may also write a small local log of its own drawing errors to the same folder; it contains no personal information and is never sent. On Android, uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes everything.
3. Internet
The Android app does not request the internet permission and therefore cannot connect to the internet. The Windows version makes no network connections either. The in‑game “buy” buttons only spend the in‑game currency; no real money is involved.
4. Permissions
- Vibration: for haptic feedback on supported devices. Can be turned off in settings.
No other permission is requested.
5. Android backup
The 2D Android version allows Android’s backup feature: if Google backup is enabled on your device, Android may include your scores, campaign progress and settings in the backup stored in your Google account. This backup is stored by Google, we have no access to it, and it can be turned off in your device settings. Nehir Akını 3B does not allow backup.
6. Children
The game collects no personal data from any user, including children.
7. Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing to delete or correct. For questions under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the GDPR or other applicable law, write to destek@kmnex.com.
8. Changes
If a feature that uses the internet (for example optional ads) is ever added, this page will be updated before the app update is released; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
