KMNEX Tuğla — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026 · Türkçe
KMNEX Tuğla does not require an account and does not ask for your name, e‑mail, phone number or other personal information. Your scores, settings and saved games stay on your device. Ads in the Android version are served by Google AdMob; this policy explains what Google may process.
1. Scope and controller
This policy applies to the Android (Google Play package name tr.com.kmnex.dortlu, phone and Android TV) and Windows versions of the game KMNEX Tuğla. The developer and the party responsible for the processing described here is KMNEX. Contact: destek@kmnex.com.
2. Information stored on your device
The following is kept only on your device and is never sent to us:
- High scores (per game mode, board size and starting level),
- Settings: theme, language, sound, board size, game mode, feature preferences,
- Saved games (three slots and an automatic “last game”),
- On Android, whether the “Ad‑free Full Version” has been purchased.
On Windows this data is stored in %APPDATA%\KMNEX\Dortlu\. Uninstalling does not delete this folder; you can delete it manually. On Android, uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it.
3. Internet and network use
| When | Where to | What is sent |
|---|---|---|
| Two‑player match — internet | Matchmaking (relay) server operated by KMNEX | A 4‑character room code and game events (game started, rows sent, game over, match settings). No name, account or device identifier is sent. |
| Two‑player match — local network | Only devices on the same local network | Room announcement (app signature, port and, on Android, the device model / on Windows, the computer name — the other player sees the room listed under this name) and game events; data does not leave your local network. |
| Ads (Android only) | Google AdMob | See section 4. |
| Purchases (Android only) | Google Play | See section 5. |
| Update check (Android only) | Google Play | Google Play’s in‑app update service checks whether a new version is available. |
The matchmaking server only brings two players together and forwards game messages to the other player; the room code and the connection are used only for the duration of the match. The connection technically uses your IP address.
The Windows version connects to the internet or local network only for two‑player matches; it has no ads, purchases or update checks.
4. Ads (Google AdMob) and consent
The Android version shows interstitial ads after a game ends and optional rewarded ads, served through AdMob by Google LLC. To do so the app includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
- What Google may process: according to Google, the advertising ID (Android Advertising ID), IP address, device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostics, used to serve and measure ads and to prevent abuse. This processing is governed by Google’s own privacy policy.
- Consent: in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and other regions where required by law, the app shows Google’s consent form at startup. You can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy settings in the game. If you do not consent, Google may show only limited/non‑personalised ads as permitted by law.
- Advertising ID: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads; menu names vary by device).
- No ads are shown once the Ad‑free Full Version is purchased.

5. In‑app purchase (Google Play)
The “Ad‑free Full Version” is a one‑time in‑app purchase handled entirely by Google Play. Your payment details are processed by Google and never reach us. The app asks Google Play on the device whether the purchase is valid and stores the result on the device. No server of ours is involved.
6. Android backup
The app allows Android’s backup feature. If Google backup is enabled on your device, Android may include your scores, settings and saved games in the backup stored in your Google account and restore them on a new device. This backup is stored by Google; we have no access to it. You can turn backup off in your device settings.
7. Permissions
- Internet and network state (INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): for two‑player matches, ads, purchases and update checks; network state lets the ad and billing libraries check whether a connection is available.
- Wi‑Fi state and multicast (ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, CHANGE_WIFI_MULTICAST_STATE): to find game rooms on the local network.
- Advertising ID and Android ad services (AD_ID, ACCESS_ADSERVICES_*): added by Google’s ads library; used to serve and measure ads, within your consent and device settings.
- Wake lock and foreground service (WAKE_LOCK, FOREGROUND_SERVICE): added by Google’s libraries so their short background tasks (e.g. completing ad and billing operations) can finish without interruption.
- Google Play billing (BILLING): for the “Ad‑free Full Version” purchase.
The app does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or files.
8. Children
KMNEX Tuğla is designed for users aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. Your rights and data deletion
Because we do not keep personal data about you on any server, there is no account or record to delete; data on your device is removed by uninstalling the app or clearing its data. For data Google processes for ads and purchases, use Google’s tools (e.g. Google Account). For any question about your rights under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), the GDPR or other applicable law, write to destek@kmnex.com.
10. Changes
If the app’s use of data changes, we will update this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
